I am a fully insured Member of The Association Of Reflexologists having qualified in 1999 from The Practitioners School Of Reflexology in Strawberry Hill, London.

In 2001 I took a course in Self Hypnosis to enhance my understanding about the ability of our subconscious.

​

In 2005 I completed The Second Degree in the Usui System of Natural Healing of Reiki, in Hanworth Middlesex.

​

In 2022 I took an online course in Counselling with The Learning Curve.

​

I continue my learning and research on a weekly basis as our understanding of health advances and new ways of thinking about mental and physical health change.
